Easter Garden

On 24th of March our children brought painted stones to add to the work already completed in the parish’s Easter Garden. Once again, the sun shone on the children as they made these extra touches to what will become a glorious display on Easter Sunday.

Thanks to everyone for coming along and being part of the project. Our next step is to plant a great variety of bulbs next weekend.

After all the hard work parishioners gathered in the parish hall for tea and biscuits. Said Canon Tom: “It was fantastic to see well known faces as well as new ones too. It is a project that has brought our youngest parishioners and our oldest parishioners closer together. Burying our seeds and bulbs in the ground and watching them spring into new life is a great way to prepare for the joy of Easter.”
